phtya Terms & Conditions – Your Agreement With Us

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on phtya, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during the use of the Platform;
• Be a natural person — corporations, partnerships, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players;
• Be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of phtya or its affiliated entities;
• Not have been previously excluded, banned, or restricted from the phtya platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

2.2 Registration Process

To create a phtya account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid email address, and a Philippine mobile number. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful and accurate.

phtya reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration or at any subsequent time. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phtya account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, device, payment method, or IP address used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse of the Platform. phtya employs technical and investigative measures to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended and any funds held therein may be forfeited pending investigation.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your phtya account. This responsibility is not diminished by any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to take adequate security precautions.

3.1 Account Security

You are required to keep your phtya login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must not share your credentials with any other person, nor permit any other person to access the Platform using your account. You should select a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Account Settings, which phtya strongly recommends.

If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify phtya immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay. phtya will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

3.2 Account Information Updates

You are obligated to ensure that your registered account information remains accurate, current, and complete at all times. Material changes — including changes to your name, address, contact details, or payment methods — must be notified to phtya promptly. Failure to maintain accurate account information may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawals and may result in account suspension.

3.3 Self-Exclusion Status

If you have previously self-excluded from the phtya platform or have requested a cooling-off period, you must not attempt to re-register or circumvent the exclusion in any manner. Doing so constitutes a breach of these Terms. phtya maintains self-exclusion records and implements technical controls to prevent excluded players from accessing the Platform.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phtya accepts deposits from the following payment channels, subject to applicable minimum and maximum limits: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, USDT (Tether on supported networks), and Coins.ph. All deposit transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency channels.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All funds deposited into your phtya wallet must originate from payment methods that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits from payment methods registered to another individual — are strictly prohibited. phtya may request documentary evidence that a payment method belongs to the registered account holder at any time.

4.3 Currency and Transaction Fees

All real-money balances on phtya are held in Philippine Peso (PHP). phtya does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider (GCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction fees, which are solely your responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to applicable network fees, which are deducted before the credited amount is reflected in your phtya wallet.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

phtya is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA) as amended. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to automated transaction monitoring. phtya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your account has completed the applicable KYC verification process; (b) there are no active bonus conditions applied to your account that restrict withdrawal; (c) the amount requested meets the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold; and (d) there are no outstanding security checks or fraud investigations relating to your account.

5.2 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

Before phtya processes your first withdrawal — or any withdrawal above a specified threshold — you will be required to complete identity verification. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence) and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. phtya will process KYC documents within 3 business days of receipt.

5.3 Processing Timeframes

Withdrawal requests submitted to verified accounts are processed as follows: GCash and Maya — typically within 1–3 hours; bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — within 1 banking business day; cryptocurrency withdrawals — within 2–6 hours subject to network conditions. These timeframes are targets and not guaranteed. phtya reserves the right to delay processing for additional security review without prior notice.

5.4 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the payment method used for the corresponding deposit. phtya may, at its discretion and following KYC verification, approve withdrawals to an alternative registered payment method where the original method is no longer available.

phtya offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page in addition to these general Terms.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonuses awarded to phtya Players carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any part of the bonus balance or bonus-generated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated on each offer. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement; live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate. 6.2 Bonus Expiry

All phtya bonuses carry an expiry period, stated on the offer page. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6.3 Abuse of Promotions

phtya reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of promotional abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses; coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms; use of software or automated systems to game promotional mechanics; and any other conduct that phtya reasonably determines to constitute abuse of its promotional system.

6.4 phtya Right to Modify

phtya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable notice will be given before material changes to ongoing promotions take effect.

7.1 Game Outcomes and RNG

All slot and RNG table game outcomes on the phtya platform are generated by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which produces statistically random and independently verifiable results. RNG systems used by phtya's game providers are certified by recognised independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) figures reflect the theoretical long-run return and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

7.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games on the phtya platform use physical equipment — cards, dice, roulette wheels — operated by trained dealers in controlled studio environments. Live game streams are produced and certified by phtya's licensed game providers. In the event of a technical failure during a live dealer game, phtya will resolve the round in accordance with the game provider's stated procedures, which may include voiding the round and returning stakes.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a manifest error — including software malfunctions, calculation errors, or incorrectly displayed odds or payouts — phtya reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to Players. phtya is not liable to pay out winnings that resulted from a verified technical error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time of the wager.

7.4 Bet Finality

Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the phtya system, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. It is your responsibility to verify your wager selections and amounts before confirming any bet.

You must not, directly or indirectly:

• Register more than one account or assist another person in circumventing the single-account policy;
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any phtya verification process;
• Use the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Engage in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Use or attempt to use any software, bot, script, algorithm, or automated system to interact with the Platform in a manner inconsistent with normal human play;
• Exploit any software vulnerability, glitch, or error in the Platform for financial gain;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the phtya Platform;
• Access the Platform if you have previously been self-excluded or otherwise restricted by phtya;
• Transfer, sell, or otherwise dispose of your phtya account or any portion of your account balance to any third party;
• Use the Platform in a manner that violates any applicable Philippine law or regulation, including PAGCOR rules.

phtya is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players who use our platform. Gaming should always be a form of entertainment — something you do with money you can afford to spend, and time that does not negatively affect your daily responsibilities.

9.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all registered phtya Players and can be activated at any time from your Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit;
• Loss Limits — a maximum net loss threshold per day, week, or month, after which your session is automatically closed;
• Session Time Limits — a cap on the total time you may spend on the Platform in a single session;
• Reality Check Reminders — periodic notifications of session duration and net wagering activity;
• Cooling-Off Period — a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-Exclusion — a longer-term or permanent restriction of access to the phtya platform.

9.2 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude from phtya, please contact our support team at [email protected] or use the Self-Exclusion option in your Account Settings. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, phtya will not send promotional communications to the excluded account. Increasing or reversing a self-exclusion restriction requires a mandatory cooling-off period before it takes effect.

9.3 Age Verification Obligations

phtya has a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gaming. We conduct age verification at registration and may request additional documentation where age is uncertain. If you are aware of an individual under 21 years of age accessing the phtya platform, please notify us immediately. Any account found to belong to an individual under the minimum age requirement will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited.

10.1 phtya's Right to Suspend or Terminate

phtya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (among others): breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; discovery that eligibility requirements are not met; court order or regulatory direction; or any other reason phtya determines it appropriate to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

10.2 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your phtya account at any time by contacting support. Prior to closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (net of unsettled wagers and any applicable bonus conditions) will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your phtya account, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Clauses of these Terms that by their nature are intended to survive termination (including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights, and governing law provisions) will continue in full force and effect.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phtya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your phtya account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phtya shall not be liable for any of the following, whether foreseeable or not: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of business; indirect or consequential loss; losses arising from your reliance on any game outcome, odds, or promotional material; losses arising from technical failure, Force Majeure events, or internet outages beyond phtya's reasonable control.

All content on the phtya platform — including but not limited to logos, brand marks, game graphics, software, code, text, audio-visual elements, and user interface designs — is owned by or licensed to phtya and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phtya Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without phtya's prior written consent. Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of Platform content is prohibited.

phtya reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the phtya website, no less than 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or a direction from PAGCOR, in which case amendments may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the phtya platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact phtya to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines with respect to any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the phtya platform. This choice of jurisdiction does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.

phtya operates within the regulatory oversight framework of PAGCOR. Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published dispute resolution procedures.
